Week 3 overview
Dr. Arterbury comments on the Superintendents responsibilities in week 3 were right on target. Our Central Office administrators have to live with the knowledge of the districts AEIS results as well as the AEIS results for each of our campuses. We cannot do our jobs effective without knowing and understanding this data. Superintendents have to focus on many fronts in their positions such as, district instructional programs, planning and providing for the use of technology, making data driven decisions, continuous monitoring of facilities, and insuring that financial resources are available.
